Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes' walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe, and boat ramp. You cannot get closer. We are 20 mins from Hobbiton, 25 mins to world famous Hamilton Gardens, 55 mins to Rotorua, and 40 min to Waitomo caves. A great 2-3 day round trip. The unit has two bedrooms with ensuites, its own lounge area and a kitchenette. Room 1 has a king-size bed, and Room 2 has two king singles. There is also a double sofabed.

The space
Lovely quiet location with lots of birdlife, and opportunity to take a beautiful stroll or run along the lake edge on Te Awa cycleway. Bikes available on request. Central location for day trips to Raglan, Rotorua, Mount Maunganui, and Waitomo Caves

Guest access
We are a Guest House and live on the property. Our available accommodation is a separate wing of the house and consists of two bedrooms, both with en-suites, one with a king bed and the other with two king singles. Also, a guest lounge with a double sofabed and a kitchenette opening onto a deck with a BBQ, etc. There is a separate toilet with a hand basin, etc.

We have plenty of room for parking with boats etc.
