Cancellation policy:
Where a booking is cancelled within 48 hours, NO REFUND will be given. If a booking is cancelled before 48 hours there may be fees charged by the Supplier. Please note their cancellation policy.
MAJOR EVENTS – For Major Events (www.cambridge.co.nz/majorevents) and Tour Group Bookings – there will be a 1 month NO REFUND period before bookings and there may be fees charged by the Supplier. Amendments will incur a $5 fee.
Should it be necessary to cancel or amend your bookings, please advise the Supplier immediately (details are on your voucher) as well as Cambridge isite Visitor Information Centre.
Cambridge isite Visitor Information Centre will process any agreed refund request and the issued voucher must be presented at the Cambridge isite to receive eligible refunds.
Adverse weather: Adverse weather decisions are made by the Tour Operator. Customers should be prepared for regular weather and rain conditions, when they are going on an outdoor or rural tour. In the first instance the tour will be rebooked at the agreement of the Operator and Customer. Where this is not possible, a refund will be offered.
Validity: The tickets are only valid for the service’s stated dollar value, date, year and time displayed. All other costs associated with the service are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Cambridge isite Visitor Information Centre as a Booking Agent
Liability: The Cambridge isite Visitor Information Centre acts only as a ‘booking agent’ for the operators of accommodation establishments, transportation, sightseeing activities and other services. The Cambridge isite Visitor Information Centre disclaims any responsibility for personal loss, injury or damage which may occur during your tour, failure of transport services, or sightseeing activities as booked, scheduled or advertised. All activities are undertaken at your own risk. Cambridge isite Visitor Information Centre does not assess or assume any responsibility for health and safety compliance by suppliers. Cambridge isite Visitor Information Centre is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from any act of omission by a supplier.
Conditions: All services booked and ticketed by the Cambridge isite Visitor Information Centre are subject to regulations, conditions and bylaws imposed by the operator/supplier concerned.
