The average sale price of a house in Cambridge was about $600,000 as at August 2017 (source: Quotable Value),similar to the median price for nearby Hamilton. By comparison the national median price was $515,000.
The town has about 10 real estate agencies, including most of the major national realty brands, and some cater for rental properties.
