What a fabulous Waka Ama Sprint Nationals event held at Karāpiro in January 2023! Waka Ama NZ us now well into planning to put on another fantastic week for the 34th Annual Waka Ama Sprint Nationals, 14th-20th January 2024.
They would like to extend an invitation to local Cambridge/Waipa Food Vendors or Retail or Promotional Vendors, to see if you would like to be involved in this wonderful event.
They are asking all interested parties to complete the application form link below, by Monday 30th October 2023

The event is gaining popularity and they would love to have more local retailers and businesses involved, so get in early if you don’t want to miss out!
Once all stall applications have been received and assessed you will be notified of the outcome by 3rd November 2023.
You will see that there are 3 options for sites: 3m front x 6m deep, 6m front x 6m deep and 9m front x 6m deep.
Please ensure you request the correct size you need for your tent, marquee, caravan, or unit (incl towbar).We will consider all applications before confirming sites for the event.
They ask that our food vendors respect our longstanding request for no deep fried food, fizzy drinks and lollies.
This has been well received by our paddlers, spectators and volunteers for many years and we appreciate your continuing support of this kaupapa.
Once your site is confirmed at the end of October, an invoice will be sent for the site fee and your power costs (if requested) for the week. This will be calculated on what you used previously and for new vendors, on what your requirements will be.
Please note – Your site will only be confirmed when the invoice is paid.
