Outdoor event spaces
With 114 hectares of natural surrounds and the beautiful Waikato River running adjacent, Mystery Creek’s vast outdoor space provides endless opportunities to host events that require outdoor activities.
Complimented by a range of indoor facilities, the outdoor spaces at Mystery Creek offer the ideal platform for outdoor demonstrations, concerts, festivals, and jamborees along with the capacity for large-scale on site camping, with toilet and shower facilities. Centre stage of Mystery Creek, the Pavilion is a premier space for exhibitions, large machinery and industry shows, conventions and concerts.
Facilities include a commercial kitchen with food preparation area and ample power. As well as toilets and shower facilities it includes a private green room.

Able to accommodate large numbers, this facility is used extensively for gala dinners, conferences, exhibitions, performances, and theatre-style events. Joined to The Pavilion by a floor to ceiling sliding wall, the Convention Centre can be used as a standalone facility or in conjunction with The Pavilion for truly large-scale events.

Previously known as the Bledisloe Hall, this historic building was moved from the centre of Hamilton in the late 1970’s and now sits next to the Heritage Village gardens. It is the ideal venue for hosting special family and corporate events, funerals, conferences, meetings, or product launches. The facility can also be scaled to host smaller functions in a more intimate atmosphere.

Convention Centre Suites
Located on the second floor of the Pavilion and Convention Centre, the Convention Suites offer spaces, ideal for seminars, meetings and as breakout to the larger Convention Centre. The area can be used as one large room or divided into three separate rooms by sliding partition walls.
