Available accommodation is a separate wing of the house and consists of two bedrooms both with ensuites, one with a king bed and the other with two king singles. Also a guest lounge with a double sofa-bed and a kitchenette opening on to a deck with a BBQ
There is a separate toilet with hand basin etc.

We are 20 mins from Hobbiton, 25 mins to world famous Hamilton Gardens, 55 mins to Rotorua, and 40 min to Waitomo caves. A great 2-3 day round trip.
