Meraki Workspace is Cambridge’s very own dedicated coworking space.
Located right in the heart of Cambridge, it’s only a few metres away from several of the wonderful cafes and shops.
We have three different meeting spaces available for hire to suit different needs and requirements:
Option 1 – Small 1:1 space – upstairs within our coworking facility. A private space perfect for an intimate 1:1 meeting with a client, some much needed focus time (there is a desk and desk chair in the room), a video conference call or anything else. This space is complimentary for our coworking members. $15 per hour plus Gst, booked by the hour.
Option 2 – Private meeting room – downstairs. This space is perfect for a variety of needs. Client meeting, small group meeting (up to 5 people approximately), video conferencing, focus time, small presentations, negotiations etc. Access is either through the downstairs shop space or coming through the upstairs coworking facility. This space is complimentary for our coworking members.
$17 per hour plus Gst, booked by the hour or half-day slots.
Option 3 – Conference / Boardroom – downstairs. This room is very versatile and perfect for different situations. Presentations, workshops, trainings, board meetings, group meetings and anything in between. Comfortable and versatile seating and table arrangements possible. Fitted with a projector. Access through the downstairs front shop. $25 per hour plus Gst, booked by the hour or half-day slots.
All rooms are available 24/7 and accessible through personalised keycode.
All hire charge includes coffee / tea facilities as well as unlimited, secure high-speed internet and general office facilities.
We can also support you in organising catering or other requirements.
There is plenty of parking available right in front of the building and around the area or just a short walk away.
