Taste of Waikato – Degustation Dining Experience
Taste of Waikato at The Red Barn is a premium five-course degustation dining experience, which can be tailored to either lunch or dinner, showcasing some of the best produce grown locally in the Waikato. This dining experience comes with its own touch of Kiwi style – guests can even roll up their sleeves and participate in preparing one of their courses.
Taste of Waikato offers guests a relaxing afternoon or evening in the beautiful rural setting of this iconic 500-acre heritage farm. Perfect for a company function or family celebration.
Red Barn chefs will share stories of the fresh, locally sourced ingredients used for each dish, from the buttermilk off the farm to the fish in local lakes and rivers.
Guests will leave with an unforgettable experience, an insight into the region’s growing food trade, and a real taste for the flavours of Waikato.
This is a group experience for a minimum of 20 adults and a maximum of 80. Smaller groups can be catered for; however, some elements of the experience and the pricing will change. Allow 3.5 hours to fully enjoy this experience.
