Zumba Gold is a low impact and low intensity version of Zumba Fitness specifically designed for seniors or beginners and people recovering from injuries who want to get back to fitness.
Magda has been a ZIN™ Member since November 2012 and loves teaching Zumba classes. Her reason is simple: Every class feels like a party!
