Please note that what we can do is dependent on the covid-level restrictions at the time of the event. For example, you might need to come at a certain time of the day. If that restriction is required, you will be offered the option of cancelling for a refund if the time does not suit.
Ticket holders can pick a two-hour time-slot, from 8-10AM, 10-12PM, 12-2PM, 2-4PM or 4-6PM. The venue has two defined areas, which will have a group of up to 100 in each. After 1 hour, the groups change defined area. Some of the entertainment can be viewed by the separate groups at the same time. Some entertainment will only be in one defined area or the other. 8am – 6pm (level 2) 9am-5pm (level 1)
All money is held by the ticketing company until the event has run and in the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded in full except for a $0.30 booking fee charged by the ticketing company.
We are limited by council to 1000 attendees per day, which is not enough for the numbers that will want to attend. So, please book early to avoid disappointment.
