The Generation Homes Soaked in Adventure 3 & 6 hour Adventure Race is an awesome team event for both beginners and experienced adventure racers. Gather your team of up to five people, to trek/run and mountain bike – navigate our secret Cambridge course to collect checkpoints and complete exciting mystery activities along the way.

3 Hour social adventure race:
Our 3-hour race is designed for beginners to adventure racing – it’s perfect for families and getting your kids involved in adventure racing.
Navigation will be basic and appropriate for everyone. The Mountain bike section will be non-technical. To complete the 3-hour race you will need to be able to walk/jog approx. 5 – 7km off road, and mountain bike 10 – 15km. There will be remote transitions so teams must be prepared to carry their gear for the whole race.

6 Hour adventure race:
Our 6-hour race is designed for both beginners and advanced adventure racers – optional checkpoints provides the right level of challenge for intermediate and advanced level competitors who have some experience in adventure racing. Some level of fitness will be required.
The navigation in this event will be based around tracks, roads and rivers making it achievable for those new to navigation. To complete the 6-hour event you will need to be able to jog/walk approx. 10 – 15km off road, and mountain bike approx. 25km on forestry roads and farmland (distances will be longer if getting optional checkpoints). The race is set so that everyone needs to be back within the 6 hours. There will be remote transitions so teams must be prepared to carry plenty of gear.

Course:
The course is in a magical setting that includes native bush, farmland and forestry, and is 15-30 minutes’ drive from Cambridge. As with all adventure races, teams will find out the start and finish line location the week before the race and receive course maps on race morning when you can start planning and strategizing your course route.
