Join us for an evening of skillful improvisation as this impressive trio (Richard Adams (violin), Nigel Gavin (guitar), and Neil Billington (blues harmonica)) weaves their way from pre-war blues through to the great Chicago blues harp masters, to the ballads of the American song-book and jazz standards of Charlie Parker and Miles Davis.

Adams is a master of the jazz violin, Gavin is best known as a guitar virtuoso, and Billington is one of New Zealand’s leading exponents of the harmonica. These three outstanding performers combine for a very special concert.

Part of the Cambridge Autumn Festival.
