The Town Hall is decorated with displays covering a different theme each year. The shop is filled with lovely gifts, decorations, jams and chutneys. You can also sample delicious home baking in our Tea Room. Local School children and other well known choirs such as the Hamilton Rivertones and Mighty River Harmony, give recitals at selected times during the day and evening. This year for the first time we will have Santa visiting us between 12 - 1.30pm every Saturday and Sunday from Sunday 4th December.The Christmas Festival Society Inc. is a group of wonderfully dedicated Ladies who work all year round sewing, knitting and creating all manner of Christmas Decorations and gifts for the shop. Every year the money raised by the Society, is distributed to local charities in Cambridge and the Waikato.Our theme this year is 'The Romance of Christmas' and the Christmas festival is being held from Saturday 3rd December until Sunday 18th December. |
